1. Eligibility

This campaign is open to residents of India aged 18 years and above. Participation is voluntary.

2. Campaign Overview

Participants can:

• Claim one free sample (subject to availability)
• Enter a lucky draw upon purchase of Softsens products

3. Free Sample (Sampling Activity)

• Each participant is eligible for one (1) free sample per unique mobile number during the campaign period
• Valid mobile number and required details must be provided to claim the sample
• Duplicate or multiple entries using the same mobile number will not be entertained
• Samples are available on a first-come, first-served basis and only while stocks last
• The sampling activity is valid for a limited period, as determined by the company

4. Lucky Draw Participation

• Each valid purchase invoice qualifies as one (1) lucky draw entry
• Multiple entries are allowed with separate valid invoices
• Invoices must be clear, genuine, and unaltered
• Duplicate, tampered, or fraudulent invoices will be rejected

5. Winner Selection & Communication

• Winners will be selected at the sole discretion of the company
• Winners will be notified via their registered mobile number and/or email
• Winners must respond within the stipulated timeline, failing which an alternate winner may be selected
• Winners may be required to provide valid ID proof and purchase verification

6. Prize Fulfilment

• Prizes must be collected in person from the respective store/promoter, unless stated otherwise
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash
• The company reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of equal or greater value without prior notice

7. General Conditions

• Participation in the campaign constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions
• Any attempt to manipulate or misuse the campaign will result in disqualification
• VVF (India) Limited reserves the right to verify entries and participant details
• VVF (India) Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice
• All decisions made by VVF (India) Limited regarding eligibility, winners, and prize distribution shall be final and binding

8. Privacy Policy & Data Consent

• By participating, users consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal data by VVF (India) Limited / Softsens
• Personal data may include name, mobile number, email ID, and purchase details
• This data will be used for: campaign administration and fulfilment; customer verification; marketing and promotional communication via Call, SMS, Email, and WhatsApp
• User data will be handled securely and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties
• Participants may opt out of marketing communication at any time by contacting customer support

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes, the decision of VVF (India) Limited shall be final and binding.
